In Russia, the death toll has risen to 137 from an attack on a popular concert hall in Moscow on Friday. Authorities say gunmen opened fire inside a sold-out rock concert and then set ablaze part of the venue, the Crocus City Hall. More than 100 people were also injured, many in critical condition.
