TMZ has acknowledged falsely reporting that Beyonc would be taking the stage at Thursday’s Democratic National Convention.
On Thursday, the celebrity gossip outlet claimed that the “Alien Superstar” hitmaker was set to perform before Vice President Kamala Harris accepted the Democratic presidential nomination inside Chicago’s United Center.
However, the site was forced to come clean over its inaccurate report as the event wrapped up without the 32-time Grammy winner in sight. The outlet claimed that the 32-time Grammy winner would be taking the stage at the event. Variety via Getty Images
